Welcome to Excelsius Christian Academy (ECA), the education ministry of God’s Remnant of Praise Church! ECA is dedicated to providing a high-quality and faith-based homeschooling experience for families in Maryland and is registered with the Maryland State Department of Education, allowing us to provide supervision and oversight for home instruction.
At Excelsius Christian Academy, we understand that each child is unique and has individual learning needs. Catering to students in grades K-8, our comprehensive umbrella program ensures that families receive the necessary support, resources, and guidance to facilitate their homeschooling journey effectively.
As an umbrella program, ECA collaborates closely with parents, providing them with tools and resources to create an engaging educational experience for their children.
Our curriculum is carefully designed to encompass core academics, arts, physical education, and spiritual development. We blend academic standards with a biblical worldview, nurturing students and encouraging their personal and spiritual growth.
Excelsius Christian Academy helps families ensure that their homeschooling program aligns with state regulations/requirements and receives the necessary oversight and documentation to fulfill their legal obligations in homeschooling.
At ECA, we strive to create a supportive community where families can connect, share experiences, and encourage one another in their homeschooling journey. We provide opportunities for parents and students to engage in group activities, field trips, and events, fostering a sense of belonging and social interaction.
